Katheti is offering modern methods of career guidance to teenagers between 14-18 years old.

This is a counseling procedure based on psychometric instruments. It intends to help adolescents to create a complete picture of themselves and choose the academic and professional direction suitable to themselves.

The instruments (tests and questionnaires) used aim at the broadening of the professional interests, the personality, the values and skills of teenagers. Taking into consideration the above information, the individual enhances their self-knowledge and is able to make more conscious decisions regarding their professional future. The advisees receive a combinatorial and analytical report of their results. This report constitutes a foundation for one or more feedback sessions for the selection of their academic direction. We offer Katheti members the feedback sessions for free and the tests at cost price (50 euros).

The psychometric instruments used include three (3) questionnaires and eight (8) skill tests which are completed online:

The above instruments have been formed within the successful EvCareer programme of the human resources consulting company Evalion, which has cooperated with significant educational institutions in Greece and Cyprus:

• Thirteen (13) private schools, among which Moraitis School, the Lyceums of Jeanne d’Arc and Ellinogermaniki Agogi.
• 4 Career Offices of Public Education Institutions of Greece: Athens University of Economics and Business, University of Macedonia, Technological Educational Institute of Piraeus and Technological Educational Institute of Kavala.
