We collect the following personal data, in a face-to-face manner, by phone, digitally, in hard copy or via SMS, with your consent.

- When you register or participate in a Katheti event or seminar.
- When you ask us to provide you with information about our programs and services.
- When you sign up to our website to receive Katheti’s newsletter and regularly receive our news.
- Your full name, contact information, education information, previous experience and interests when you complete the volunteer application form indicating your desire to become a volunteer
- Your full name and contact information when you apply to become a regular or volunteer member and complete the form.
- Your full name and contact details if you fill in the form and request a receipt for a donation you have made.
- When you report a problem with our website and we need to ask you for more information.
- When you express your interest in a job by sending your CV.
- When you visit our website. In this case the data we store is for statistical purposes and to improve our website. The name of the internet provider you use, the website from which you visited Katheti’s website, the individual pages of Katheti’s website that you browsed, your IP address, and the date and duration of browsing the website are stored.
- We may request additional personal information, such as credit card information on our support pages to properly enable donation transaction processing.

In addition, please note that Katheti may take photos and videos at its events. This material, as such or embedded in other audiovisual media, will be published by Katheti in order to promote its events.
