As part of the awareness raising and consultation activities with the local communities of the Network of Cooperation of Municipalities of the Attica Islands for the possible inclusion of these areas in the “Man and Biosphere” programme of UNESCO, a new digital educational material was designed, so that students and teachers of the region can learn about the remarkable ecological and cultural elements of the area, the interesting species and ecosystems, the challenges of the areas of the Network and the characteristics of a Biosphere Reserve.
